UK dash cam fitting price index
Nobody will tell you what it costs to fit a dash cam. So we wrote it down.
Fitting a dash cam in the UK costs between £30 and £150. Halfords is the biggest fitter in the country and publishes no price at all. The guides that claim to know disagree with each other by more than double, and none of them cite a source.
Every price on this site names where it came from and when it was said. All 25 of them. We say so instead of guessing when we cannot source a figure.

The one price anyone publishes
Exactly one company in this market states a fixed fitting price you can check before you buy. That is the whole problem in a sentence.
The only fixed, published, checkable fitting price we could find anywhere in the UK.
And the one the web keeps repeating
This figure has no date and names no source. It is the number an AI search returned for Halfords in July 2026. We publish it with the warning attached rather than pretend it is solid.
Cites no Halfords source and shows no date. We include it because it is what the web repeats, not because we can stand behind it.
